Eagle One: Novocastrian Rum is a true treasure hailing from Newcastle's heart.
We have crafted this smooth rum from fermented treacle and let it age for over two years in Port barrels. Even though it's got a strong cask strength of 55% ABV, it's as smooth as a calm day on the water. This is an Australian rum that encapsulates the spirit of adventure in every sip.
